JULIE LANGTON-SMITH is a practitioner, educator and specialist of natural medicine. Her methods of analyzing and correcting disease are cutting edge in today’s field of health care.
Julie’s career began in 1987—at a time when she herself was coping with the challenges of single parenthood. She studied Neuro Linguistic Programming at Guildford University, UK, which then led to studies in anatomy, physiology and body massage. During this time her speciality was using electro-therapy equipment on sports and physical injuries. In the early 1990’s she set up her own practice and realised she was able to tune into specific muscle problems and identify the source of pain and inflammation in and around joints.

Julie then completed further training and research in Kinesiology and began using such modules as HypertonX—an advanced therapy that works with right/left brain co-ordination. She applied this work to athletic performance and enhancement; learning difficulties; working with the senses; muscle and joint co-ordination; allergies; sensitivities to food and emotional balance and mental blocks. As she continued to apply the foundation of her training and experiences with the new information she was receiving, Julie’s style of work was well on it’s way to becoming forward thinking and unique.
She then completed training in Nutrition and diet, ensued with specific emphasis on identifying weaknesses in the body
which affect physical, mental and emotional processes.
Julie is a qualified tutor of Anatomy and Physiology, nutrition and diet and other health care related subjects.
She has been working in this area for the past 6 years and has now developed a home study course in Anatomy and Physiology.
Working closely with the Association of Systematic
Kinesiology and the Federation of Kinesiology she has also developed an Anatomy and Physiology home study course specifically
designed for kinesiologists. Julie is a qualified D32/33 NVQ assessor and ITEC tutor in health studies and has since enjoyed teaching many students in anatomy and physiology.
Julie’s commitment to providing quality natural health care led her to further study Bio-magnetic therapy and radionics (Bio-energetic). This was her introduction to energy healing.
She then used kirlian photography to research the benefits of energy healing. Kirlian photography is an electro-magnetic way of photographing the body’s energy field. Julie used this system to bench mark her patients’ before-and-after treatments. She continued research in colour therapy—specifically noting the importance and affect colour has on our lives. This includes the influence of gemstones and other earth minerals—which help specific ailments and health conditions.
In studying energy, Julie realised that thought processes directly affect the body and that the mind plays an important
part in the healing process of any illness or brief interlude to good health. She went on to qualify as a clinical
hypnotherapist and developed an in-depth way of treating health issues using hypnotherapy techniques. She has now written and
produced a unique range of hypnotherapy for health CDs.
Furthering her research into energy frequencies - which she knows plays a huge part in illness, Julie now uses the
latest equipment in bio-energetic technology to diagnose and treat conditions ranging from digestive problems to
hormonal imbalances; food sensitivities; skin disorders; viruses; muscle/joint pain; obesity; fungal overgrowth
and circulatory problems. She offers revolutionary solutions to the many patients who come to her clinics in Harley St.
London and Horsham, Sussex. She has also been diagnosing and treating animals for the past 4 years.
Julie continues practicing and teaching her healing modalities all over the world. Her basic grounding in health care disciplines and her experience with energy and thought processes give her an exceptional understanding of the human body and qualifies her as one of the most outstanding practitioners in health care today.
